Three former students from la Poudrière won prizes at Annecy 2007 project competition...: Mathieu Brisebras (class of 2004) and Christophe Gautry (class or 2005) won the SACD prize for their joint project, Vertige. Les escargots de Joseph, by Sophie Roze (class of 2005) won the Arte TV prize. This stop motion short film project has also benefited from a CNC grant.

- Aided migration has proved a tremendous success in Europe

After winning the audience award at the Young Digital Creation Festival in Valenciennes, France, and the audience award at Stuttgart International Animation festival. Pauline Pinson's Aided migration won the prize for best animation at Zlinsky Pes student film festival in Zlin, Czech Republic,...as well as a prize for “imaginative concept put in humorous way” at 2Annas festival in Riga, Latvia.
The travel goes on for all these cripples who have to fly by plane!

L'équipe du magazine Court-Circuit est venue nous rendre visite à Valence. Résultat : Zoom sur la Poudrière dans le numéro de cette semaine du magazine Court-Circuit, le rendez-vous du court métrage de la chaîne franco-allemande. Ce numéro de Court-Circuit présentera également Bob, film de fin d'études de Jean-Pierre Poirel.

Diagnosed with a nitrogen allergy, Aided migration's Sureau has to fly by plane, alongside the other cripples. After winning the audience award at the Young Digital Creation Festival in Valenciennes, France, this sharp comedy by Pauline Pinson won the audience award at the prestigious Stuttgart International Animation festival. The film is also in competition at Annecy (student film category).

Entertrainment by Emilie Sengelin (2005) won the jury prize (ex aequo) in the student graduation film category at Auch festival 2007. This musical journey has already been awarded many prizes including the best student film award at Zagreb festival and the prize “faire aimer le train” (make you like the train) at Cinerail train festival! A playful comment on language, seen through a highly stylized world of graphics and sound, Jean-Pierre Poirel's Bob (2006) has been awarded the SACD prize for best student film.

With The eye of the cyclone, a surreal vision of daily life through the eyes of a child, Julien Bisaro won the best 2D Animation prize as well as a prize for “sound for animation commendation”. A playful comment on language as a tool, seen through a highly stylized world of graphics and sound, Jean-Pierre Poirel's Bob has been awarded “runner-up in the motion graphics award category”.

In Topless-Turvey, by Dewi Noiry, S. gets ready to begin yet another average day; but when he sits down at his desk, eager to get stuck into a pile of work, he suddenly stops dead in his tracks… Diagnosed with a nitrogen allergy, Migration assistée's Sureau has to fly by plane, alongside the other cripples. This sharp comedy by Pauline Pinson won the audience award at the last Young Digital Creation Festival in Valenciennes, France.
